The ADW publishes a quarterly e-news. Get news on initiatives to protect and restore the Downriver watersheds, stormwater pollution prevention tips, upcoming event announcements and more sent right to your inbox.

The ADW Trello Board is a digital hub with all of the resources and materials you need to meet your collaborative PEP requirements. Email Maaike Wielenga (mwielenga@HRWC.org) for instructions on how to access the Trello Board. On the Trello Board you will find:
• Monthly checklists and instructions to keep you on track for your PEP requirements.
• Marketing toolkits for activities like the ADW Community Calendar, Schools for Clean Water Contest, and Volunteer Chemistry and Flow Monitoring Program.
• Instructions for requesting the ADW Educational Displays for hosting in community spaces and events as required by the PEP.
• ADW-branded informational tip graphics and sample blurbs to share out with your residents.
• Stormwater pollution prevention outreach materials from the EPA, SEMCOG, and more.
• Information and flyers to promote Wayne County’s Household Hazardous Waste Collection program.
To inform community public education efforts and gage residents’ knowledge, attitudes and behaviors regarding stormwater pollution, the ADW conducts resident surveys.

The ADW members have worked over the past few years to purchase and install 80 signs throughout the watershed to help raise awareness of the resources in the region. Signs have been placed along many roads where creeks or streams cross as well as at locations near the watershed boundaries. For a map of the sign locations Click here.
