The 2026 Alliance of Downriver Watersheds Community Calendar
Downriver waterways are nothing short of remarkable. They play a vital role in our daily lives. In many ways, they make our lives possible. Thanks to these rivers and watersheds, we can enjoy healthy ecosystems. Safe drinking water. Thriving towns and cities. Diverse wildlife. And inviting places to swim, fish, paddle, socialize, exercise, or simply enjoy nature.
The 2026 calendar celebrates the beauty and benefits of Downriver waterways by spotlighting the winning entries from the 2024 Focus on Downriver Water Photo Contest.
Our hope is that you turn the inspiration provided by these photographers into action. Follow the pollution prevention tips and do something every day to protect clean water or volunteer with our community partners to support our mission.

About the Calendar Program
The Alliance of Downriver Watersheds Community Calendars wouldn’t be possible without the support of the ADW members. Since 2014, they have produced and distributed more than 150,000 biennial water pollution prevention calendars to Downriver residents. They recognize that only by working together can we secure our watersheds as a permanent and bountiful source of clean drinking water, natural beauty, and diverse recreational opportunities.
